Biotech farm to milk mutant transgendered offspring of GM goats

The insatiable lust among genetic engineers to tamper with the natural order has reached new freak-show proportions. Genetic butchers from AgResearch, which NaturalNews recently reported had reluctantly abandoned a 13-year animal cloning operation due to an overwhelming number of animal deformities and deaths , are once again in the news, this time for their plans to milk the transgendered offspring of genetically-engineered goats. In a truly disgusting display of “science” gone wild, AgResearch scientists have been intentionally breeding GE goats, most of which are now producing transgendered babies that are essentially females in sterile male bodies. Skin Cancer and Sun Exposure: How to Protect Yourself

When you were a kid, there was probably not much said about sun protection. Most of us remember long, sunny days at the beach or on vacation where we got very badly sunburned, and had to sit things out for a day or two afterwards. This seemed like just a harmless regular childhood experience, until we grew up and found out that not only does sun exposure cause skin damage and skin cancer, but that the damage is cumulative, meaning that every bit of exposure to the suns radiation weve had over our lifetimes has added onto the last. This lifetime amount along with several bad burns during childhood is said, along with certain hereditary and lifestyle factors, to put some at higher risk for skin cancer.

Zambian study shows importance of early HIV test and fast ART for pregnant women

Starting ART at least 13 weeks before giving birth provides the greatest benefits in prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT), Carla J. Chibwesha and colleagues reported in a retrospective cohort analysis of pregnant HIV-infected women attending public antenatal care clinics in Lusaka, Zambia published in the advance online edition of the Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes.

Women who got ART for a month or less before giving birth had more than a five-fold increased risk of transmitting HIV to their infants compared to women on ART for at least 13 weeks (95% CI: 2.5-11).

The findings underline the importance of HIV counselling and testing at the earliest opportunity after a woman becomes pregnat, and the importance of minimising the delay between testing positive and starting antiretroviral treatment.

Irregular Menstrual Bleeding, Please help.

I started to notice some spotting on the 26th of June so I started to wear a pad each day thinking I might have started my menstrual cycle. However, it was just a little here and there, and I was confused at first thinking is the scarcest period I have ever had. Then it stopped for two days on the 5th and 6th of July. I didn’t wear a pad. But then it bled through my underwear on the 7th suddenly and the spotting lasted until the 12th of July. It seemed that my menstrual cycle started on that day, and I have been flowing heavily and changing my pad every 2 and a half hours on average since, coupled with a few mild to moderate cramps. It is now the 16th of July and it seems like it is the first day of my menstrual cycle.

Controversy in cancer testing

Gene testing is one of the new investigations in the cancer arena, Unfortunately, as there are not much good results in this area, physicians and patients who venture into this area may have greater risk compared to conventional way of diagnosing and treating cancer.

The principle behind gene testing is good. Some one has cancer, the physician would then test if this cancer is caused by a specific gene which then makes a certain treatment for this type of cancer more effective than the conventional chemo and radiotherapy for those who do not have this specific diagnosis.

Its like tailor made your cancer treatment or personalised cancer treatment programme.
